Readying the saddle
Firstly, hello fellow Saints, and welcome to the official newsletter for 777 Saint Monroe apparel! Thanks so much for joining me here. I really appreciate the support and interest in my apparel dream.
I’d like to start with details on the upcoming Western Crop-top preorder happening on Oct 17th.
When starting these preorders, there’s a whole tech pack and sampling process between myself and my manufacturer. Generally, the idea will come to life looking great, but 1 and done is never how it goes. Happened with my first design drop, and it happened this time. The croptop I’ve been advertising thus far is just a physical sample for you and me to get the gist of. There are 3 tweaks that my manufacturer and I are making to create a better final product.
The front and back designs will be slightly smaller. At the moment, they bunch up in areas where they ought not, so we’re fixing that. You want everyone to properly see what you’re wearing, right?
Adding 2 more belt loops. To ensure you can truly utilize those loops at the edge of the crop, we’re adding an extra loop on either side of the shirt. This way, your belt can be more sturdy and not dangle awkwardly
Darkening the color. When working with screens, you can’t always verify that the color you choose is the best color. We want a moodier red, more of a maroon, so the final design will be close to this color.
Fixin’ up the hanky
The cotton handkerchief is still being sampled, but boy, will it come out looking nice! I bumped up the colors, and some saints have really liked that change. This handkerchief will be 16 inches x 16 inches- perfect for tying around your neck, adding to your belt loop, or wearing on your head. And the breathable cotton will come in handy when the heat gets to you.
Still in the stalls (for a limited time)
If you’re feeling restless, I do still have some stock of Act I’s run. The original CUNTRY Cowboy button-up. Mind you, I have a limited supply of mostly Smalls and under five Mediums and Larges. Once they’re sold out, that’ll be that! I won’t be restocking the button-ups with this preorder. Maybe in the future..
I’ll have another newsletter next week prior to the drop with some sizing and pricing info, just have to get that solidified with my manu. first.
